12 Apr Egg-citing Easter TVC’s
Easter TVC’s featuring a couple of high flyers and a house that thinks he’s a rabbit!
I said it at Christmas and I’ll say it again: I can’t believe it’s that time of year already! This time we’re back with a collection of Easter TVC’s that’s sure to egg-cite you! (C’mon, who doesn’t love a corny Easter pun?)
Behind the scenes: Creating the plane set TVC
The BTS pic above shows our heroes sitting on a airplane set we created for the Lowes Easter on a plane TVC. The set was assembled on the white cyclorama in the TV studio over at Sydney Props Studios. The economy style commercial airplane seats were supplied by the props company and the aircraft wall in the background consisting of portal windows and blue sky was in fact sheets of paper printed on a large format printer and hung in strips on a rod as a backdrop. Lighting was then used to shape the scene and separate our characters from the wall behind them. The result: a very convincing set you’d swear was shot on an actual airplane.
A second TVC was also shot for the Lowes Easter 2017 campaign. Affectionately referred to as Happyland, our crew split the 8-hour shoot day into two halves; and at midday, tore down the airplane set to replace it with this even bigger assembly of props to create the Easter garden TVC. Here we open to find Chris hiding the chocs for the kids Easter egg hunt. But Siro (the biggest kid of all) has other ideas for all that chocolate.
Save this Easter with a lending egg-spert!
Since creating this friendly animated brand mascot in 2015, Global Pictures has produced a whole series of TVC’s and print frames used in a variety of media to encompass the broader reach strategy.
Always themed, this Easter campaign Mr House will be the cutest lender around, with home loan rates so hot they will melt the chocolate.
This render of Mr House dressed in bunny ears and carrying an Easter basket will be seen via the campaign page on Mortgage House’s website, on various social media advertising platforms and in print media.
